Fall Essential Oil Recipes
We have compiled a collection of favorite fall essential oil recipes that can help you enjoy the season in full Fall fashion. Although I really enjoy the summer months, Fall holds a special place in my heart as well. The transition from summer to fall is beautiful in the great state of Pennsylvania! There is just something about the leaves changing color, the crisp air, and seemingly everything becomes pumpkin spice!
For most of us, fall is full of events such as back to school, birthdays, football tailgates, "Turkey Day", and so much more! This time of year is especially difficult to maintain a healthy well-balanced diet and activity plan! We can still enjoy the flavors of fall simply by using our essential oils. For those attending parties, it is always a good idea to show up with a special dish for all to enjoy. I always enjoy finding great recipes that allow me to add a few Vitality Essential Oils to the mix.
What are Vitality Essential Oils you ask? Cinnamon Fruit Dip:
Slice up those freshly picked apples from the orchard and whip up some of this yummy dip. I love bringing this one into school for my colleagues special lunches that we have when celebrating birthdays or fall break! I know your family will gobble them all up too! Don’t be afraid to pair this dip with bananas and strawberries too!
Cinnamon Fruit Dip Ingredients:
1/2 Cup nut butter of choice
1/4 Cup honey
1 Cup plain Greek yogurt
1-2 Drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality
Infused Apple Slices:
Pick your favorite fall Vitality Essential Oil to infuse the apple slices for any type of occasion this fall. I like the blend of Thieves Vitality for my apple slices, perfectly paired with the fruit dip!

Crock Pot Cinnamon Applesauce:
Fall and winter are the seasons for crock pot cooking,especially after a day outside enjoying the season. Let me help you figure out what to do with all those apples that you picked a the local farm, because it’s Fall in Pennsylvania so that what we do on Saturdays! Next apple season, bring those yummy apples home to make some delicious apple sauce! The recipe is super easy to make to use up the apples you pick! We love making this crock pot recipe because it leaves the house smelling amazing, plus it’s so simple!
Cinnamon Applesauce Ingredients:
9 medium apples
1/2 Cup water
1-2 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality
Spiced Pumpkin Creamer:
Nothing says fall than Pumpkin flavored coffee! If you know me, I am obsessed with my coffee and I love this And for all my pumpkin spice lovers this is for you!
Spiced Pumpkin Creamer Ingredients:
1/3 Cup pumpkin puree
2 Cups Almond Milk
1 drop Clove Vitality
1 drop Ginger Vitality
1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream: This is the perfect topping for Einkorn pancakes or waffles!
Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 drop Clove Vitality
1 drop Ginger vitality
1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality
1 drop Nutmeg Vitality
Other Baking Tips:
And lastly, I have one last tip for baking any fall recipe such as bread, cookies, or cakes. In any recipe that I find, whether it be a boxed recipe or from scratch, to make my recipe a little more yummy I add a drop or two of Vitality Essential Oil.
Here are some baking ideas that we love in our house:
Gingerbread and Gingerbread Cookies - simply add a drop Ginger Vitality
Oatmeal Cookies- Add a drop of Cinnamon Bark Vitality
Pancakes or Waffles - Add a drop of Cinnamon Bark Vitality
Apple Pie - Add a drop of any of the Vitality Essential Oils listed above like Cinnamon Bark, Nutmeg, Clove!
