Fall Essential Oil Recipes
We have compiled a collection of favorite fall essential oil recipes that can help you enjoy the season in full Fall fashion. Although I really enjoy the summer months, Fall holds a special place in my heart as well. The transition from summer to fall is beautiful in the great state of Pennsylvania! There is just something about the leaves changing color, the crisp air, and seemingly everything becomes pumpkin spice!
For most of us, fall is full of events such as back to school, birthdays, football tailgates, "Turkey Day", and so much more! This time of year is especially difficult to maintain a healthy well-balanced diet and activity plan! We can still enjoy the flavors of fall simply by using our essential oils. For those attending parties, it is always a good idea to show up with a special dish for all to enjoy. I always enjoy finding great recipes that allow me to add a few Vitality Essential Oils to the mix.
What are Vitality Essential Oils you ask? These are essential oils that Young Living has created and labeled for the use of dietary supplements, so these are essential oils that if desired can be ingested. Please use safety and consult with your physician if you have any concerns. Be smart folks, do NOT just go out and start drinking straight from your essential oil bottles. These oils are potent!
For ease of identification Young Living has created the white labels specially for the Vitality Essential Oils lineup.
