DIY Stain Remover Stick That Works!

Since we have replaced traditional products from our home that are filled with harmful chemicals, we had to get creative in finding a recipe to help remove stains from clothing.  

I love that DIY allows us to use products for a variety of needs. This DIY Stain Stick is just another use for our Thieves Household Cleaner and Thieves Laundry Detergent. Plus it's a way to harness the power of Thieves Essential Oil! Now this is the only stain treatment we use.  

Ingredients for DIY Stain Stick:

• ​30 ml Roller Bottle
• 1/2 Cap of Thieves Laundry Detergent 
• 1 Cap of Thieves Household Cleaner 
• Splash of Hydrogen Peroxide
• Optional- 5-10 drops of Essential Oils (Thieves Essential Oil or Lemon Essential Oil) 

Directions for DIY Stain Stick: 

• In the 30 ml Roller add 1/2 cap of Thieves Laundry Detergent or fill half or the roller with laundry detergent. 
• Add 1 cap of Thieves Household Cleaner or I add Thieves Household Cleaner until 1/4 roller bottle is remaining empty. 
• Optional - Add Lemon Essential Oil or Thieves Essential Oil
• Next fill the remainder of the roller with Hydrogen Peroxide  
• Place roller top on the bottle and cap with lid. 
• Turn upside down to mix before every use.

How to use DIY Stain Stick:

• Roll it over any hard to remove or trouble spot such as stains, grease, or blood etc.
• Allow it to sit depending on stain type, rinse with water & toss in the washer as normal!

This stain stick works perfectly and is fantastic alternative to the leading brands of on-the-go stain remover pens that you find in stores.
