In the video I share just a few ways that I personally use each essential oil right now. Usually with each season in Pennsylvania, I find different ways to use the essential oils even three years later! Remember everyone is different so I use lavender to support my sleep, skin, and with my dogs, but you may find different ways to use the same exact essential oil.
