Roman Chamomile is a very popular Young Living Essential Oil, so popular that quantities are limited to three bottles per account per month. When I first got started using Young Living Essential Oils Roman Chamomile was out of stock and unavailable for purchase for the longest time. Now that I try to always have a few stashed at home just in case it goes out of stock again.

I'm writing this post because I personally find myself using Roman Chamomile more often in the spring since its now a staple to my Pollen Buster or LPP Roller. Adding Roman Chamomile to the typical Pollen Buster Roller provides me even more support when going outside during season changes. I also enjoy putting a drop of Roman Chamomile on the crown of my head for a calm and relaxing start to my day at home! Some may find more use with Roman Chamomile in their skin care routine. It's a perfect oil to add to self-care DIY recipes because of the properties. There are many other ways to use Roman Chamomile and I hope you see that through these four roller recipes.

Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum Nobile) is a low-growing plant with parsley-like leaves and daisy-like flowers. The flowers are steam distilled and contain very unique constituents that are difficult to find in other oils to create Young Living's Roman Chamomile Essential Oil.

Roman Chamomile's is described to to have a herbal warmth and gentleness that can help create a relaxing and calming atmosphere.
The relaxing, herbaceous scent and is mild enough that generally only the most sensitive skin will require dilution when applied topically. The properties may support sleep, balance emotions, brighten moods, and support healthy looking skin when added to DIY skin care.

As I have mentioned, Roman Chamomile really is a highly sought after oil for plenty of reasons.  Here are four convenient roller recipes that we use in our house and help us get most out of Roman Chamomile!
