Delicious & Healthy Key Lime Smoothie Bowl with Avocados
My husband and I love making healthy smoothie bowls and enjoy them often. We have found it's an easy way to replace unhealthy refined sugar and processed snacks or cereals. We eat these smoothie bowls after a workout, for breakfast, or even as an afternoon snack.
After making our own smoothie bowls for a few years now, we think it's an easy way to create a healthy option filled with nutritionally dense super-foods! Not only are we able to reduce the harmful effects sugar has on the body but we're also now adding beneficial and essential nutrients needed for healthy body functions.
This delicious Key Lime Smoothie Bowl offers high quality fats, amino acids, and even creaminess from the avocado but all you will taste is the zesty, citrus flavor by adding Lime Vitality. You could even add more greens to this recipe if you desire by adding a little spinach.
Try swapping out ice cream or morning cereal with this delicious recipe. Trust me the whole family will enjoy!

To make the perfect smoothie bowl, I add all liquids to the blender, then add dry ingredients, then finish with the frozen.
