Healthy Banana Muffins OverviewIngredients: 1.5 cups Einkorn Flour, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp Real Salt, 4 medium very ripe bananas, mashed ¾ cup Blue Agave Sweetener or Monkfruit Sweetener 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 Tbspground flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons water (or use 1 egg) 1/3 cup organic coconut oil, melted (plus a little more to grease the muffin tin if you’re not using paper liners) chocolate chips (optional) 1-2 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality essential oil* (Optional)
