Healthy HOMEMADE Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Here it is. A super-simple protein smoothie bowl.

We prefer to use grass-fed whey in our bowls as it does not contain sucralose or artificial sweeteners. We select the unflavored because we also enjoy the benefits of cocoa or cacao powder in our blends.

Feel free to share in the comments section below if you have any great twists to this tried and true recipe!
DIY Healthy Smoothie Bowl
Add the following contents and blend to your desired consistency:
  • 8-16 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
    • Adjust this based on your desired consistency and desired number of servings
  • 1 cup Organic Whole Milk Yogurt or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Organic Frozen Berries (blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Elderberry syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cacao Powder
  • 1-2 scoops of Naked Whey Protein - this is our favorite because it contains only 100% grass-fed whey as the ONLY ingredient

Here are some of our favorite TOPPINGS for the smoothie bowl:
  • Almond Butter
  • Organic Regular Rolled Oats
  • Organic Ground Flax Seed
  • Organic Coconut Strips
*You can also add all of these directly into the blender if you do not want them as toppings
There you have it. Our super-simple, incredibly healthy homemade smoothie bowl!
